The Ski Pass insurance covers the following: Assistance for return to the residence from the place of treatment, Expenses following an accident, Civil liability insurance for the skier (second risk). All for the price of 3,50 € per day, per person. In case of an accident occurring to a customer of Happy.Rentals who is not in possession of the Vialattea Sci Noproblem insurance, the amount due for the toboggan transport, for the first aid expenses and for the ambulance transport will be entirely borne by the injured person. In other words, if a customer of Happy Rentals is injured while skiing or snowboarding and does not have the Vialattea Sci Noproblem insurance, they will be responsible for paying for all the costs associated with their rescue and medical treatment. This includes the cost of the toboggan that is used to transport the injured person to the bottom of the mountain, the cost of the first aid that is provided at the scene of the accident, and the cost of the ambulance ride to the hospital.

The Vialattea Sci Noproblem insurance is a mandatory insurance for all skiers and snowboarders who use the Vialattea ski resorts in Italy. The insurance covers the cost of rescue and medical treatment in the event of an accident. If you need to request your return home from the place of care, you must immediately call the Organizational Structure at the number: (+39) 02.58.24.05.73, valid for calls from Italy and abroad. If you cannot immediately call the Organizational Structure because you do not have the opportunity, you must call as soon as possible and, in any case, always before taking any personal initiative.

The optional refund guarantee gives the option to cancel the ski pass up to 3 days before the start of the ski period. The total price of the ski pass will be refunded (excluded the cost of the refund guarantee).
